Nanuet – First of all, I live in Nanuet, so I’m a bit partial, but did you know that Nanuet is famous ? We were named by Money magazine as one of the top 25 places to live it the country. WOW. Our little town. If you’d like to read more about Nanuet Cnn’s Money has some terrific information.

If you’re thinking about a condo purchase in Nanuet, be careful you dont pass over what I think is one of the nicest developments. Its called The Hamlets, and its located in Nanuet, New York in Rockland County.

We are within close commuting distance to The Tappan Zee Bridge. You will have an easy commute to New York City. On my web site I even have a link to our local COACH BUS showing you the schedule and the places the bus stops. The Coach Bus comes right into our development. I see my neighbors getting on and off each day.
We have lived in The Hamlets almost 10 years now. If youre looking for a realtor who really knows their way around this development, may I humbly say ˜its me. We live in the Knolls East Section. My neighbors tell me Im known as the ˜flower lady because we live on the corner and one of my passions is gardening. I spend a small fortune every spring/summer to make a blaze of color on Wedgewood Drive.
What you need to know is that there are five different developments inside The Hamlets. They are Treetops, Timberline, Vista, Knolls East, and Eagle Ridge. They each have their own pool and are all very distinctive. There are two tennis courts, and its always easy to find an empty court here. There is a community building which can be rented out for special occasions, and its also where we all vote.
We are very community minded here, friendly (but not overly so) and pets are allowed.
